Deteriorating market

An industry characterized by a Leader's Trap, where annual volume in excess of 2% of the industry's total volume, or more than 25% of annual industry positive volatility, moves from one set of suppliers to another on the basis of low price. This volume movement on low price occurs because the industry's larger customers respond to the low price offers.
